Dr. Dena Gomaa is an Egyptian-born, UK-raised specialist in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic dermatology with over 20 years of hands-on experience. She graduated from Cairo University, Faculty of Medicine, and obtained a double Master's degree in Dermatology & Andrology in 2004. Dr. Dena began injecting fillers and botulinum toxin in 2007 and was among the first injectors of Dysport (Ipsen) in the region. She holds an AAAM Board Certification and Advanced Masters qualification from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. She has attended leading international conferences including IMCAS Paris, AMWC Monaco, ACE and FACE UK. Her philosophy centres on a global face approach — personalised, natural-looking results that enhance each patient's unique features without altering their natural phenotype.
